The Arizona Rural Development Council wants to keep you in the loop.

Governor Jan Brewer has named two AZRDC board members, Gary Kellogg and Fernando Shipley, to serve on the newly formed Rural Business Advisory Council. Governor Brewer also appointed AZRDC's executive director Eddie  Browning to serve as chairman of the council. Governor Brewer has pledged $2 million ARRA dollars for distribution to rural communities.

The Rural Business Advisory Council has released the guidelines for the Rural Economic Development Grant Program of the Arizona Commerce Authority. The grant deadline is January 7, 2011 with an award date of January 31, 2011.  For more information and a copy of the guidelines contact ebrowning@azrdc.org
