AZRDC will deliver ten, half-day economic development 101 workshops in rural Arizona. AZRDC will develop the curriculum, provide trainers, coordinate with local officials to identify locations and market each event. AZRDC will coordinate with ACA rural representatives to participate, if available. The workshops will be free to attend. These workshops are different from others being offered in that the focus is on those individuals who are tasked with economic development responsibilities but are not trained in the discipline (ie – planners, town managers, elected officials).
