Rural Policy Forum
The Arizona Rural Development Council (AZRDC), along with the Arizona Rural Policy Institute (RPI) of Northern Arizona University, has been the driving force behind the Arizona Rural Policy Forum. Each year approximately 150 rural community and business leaders, as well as public and private sector representatives, to come together and engage in meaningful dialogue on critical rural issues in the highly productive town-hall format. The Forum participants discuss each issue in a solution-driven environment and receive the benefit of a background report prepared by RPI which documents “best practices” from Arizona and other states.
